Christ Athletics was started by Brandon Roulhac and LaRon Bennett jr. One evening, while at a track meet in Europe, both expressed a growing need for a better representation of Christ in the athletic community. After much brainstorming and the creation of ideas, ChristAthletics was born.

My name is LaRon Bennett Jr. I am from Brunswick Ga. I graduated from The University of Georgia in 2007. While at UGA, I was 3x All-American and two-event recorder holder. I turned pro in 2005 and won my first professional race in Martinique. I have made 3 USA national teams; NACAC and Pan American. My Ultimate goal is to make the Olympic Team.

While training, I also coach at a local high school and at a recreation center. This is where I feel most comfortable. I thoroughly enjoy coaching kids and helping them succeed in track; while doing so, I also provide mentoring to help them succeed in life. After I am done running track, I plan on being either a college coach or a high school teacher/coach.

Little known fact: Before every race, I write a scripture on the inside of my left forearm and a main theme on my left bicep. Each scripture represents how I'm feeling and the circumstances involving that meet. I look at these two things right before I get down into my blocks, so that is the last thing on my mind before I run.
Brandon Roulhac
My name is Brandon Roulhac. I am from Marianna, Fl. I graduated from Albany State University in 2007. While at ASU, I was a 5x All-American and 2005 National Champion in the Triple Jump. I currently hold the conference and school record in that event. I turned pro in 2006 and I just won my first USA National Indoor Championship in 2009. My Ultimate goal is to make the Olympic Team and go down in history as one of the best triple jumpers of all-time.

While training, i work part-time at the mall and i also have a family business that i take part in. When i am finished with track, i plan on continuing the family business and maybe do some coaching on the high school or college level.
Little known fact: Before every jump, I say a little prayer.  I pray for God to give me strength and focus! My favorite scripture is "I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13
